Support my business, and my mental health!

Have you wanted to show your support for me & my business but already bought everything?

Or perhaps some things are just out of your budget at this time?

Maybe you're trying to work out the best way to support this poor, tapped out mama, and you've seen our daily mental health walk and cuppa online?

Good news! You can now "buy me a cuppa"!

Every day, since the twins were little, I've taken a walk to the post office...

(fun fact, we don't get mail delivery out here!)

As the post office is also the coffee shop, this daily habit quickly became my daily coffee fix, too.

Our shop is great, it's a classic country general store - post office, cafe, groceries, booze, a box of Duplo in the corner, and

people to talk to!

But it's also so much more than that...,

When the girls got a bit bigger, this became a walk to the playground, via the cafe for a cuppa for me...

I can still remember being pregnant with Remy, but too early to really share with anyone, and being so, so fatigued...

And this daily trip to the shop would give me 15 minutes or so of proper peace and quiet.

The kids would play with their Duplo, and I could sit, with no one touching me - often this was my only chance to do this all day!

It was also where I taught the girls to drink babychinos!

These days, it's a daily walk for all of us, to get the mail, have a cuppa, visit our friends and family who have local shops, maybe have a biscuit.

And since Remy was born, and the struggles of being a stay-at-home mum in a small town, with 3 kids REALLY kicked in, this became all the more important!

People ask me how on earth I get out of the house every day, or walk my twin toddlers, or compliment how "well-behaved" they are in restaurant settings etc,

But for us, for me, this is non-negotiable.

I cannot stay in the house all day. We go batty.

This 10-minute walk to the shop every day is my mental health care. It's:

๐Ÿงก activity and movement

๐Ÿ’› morning sunshine (for that circadian rhythm!)

๐Ÿ’š time in nature

๐Ÿ’™ fresh air

๐Ÿ’œ socialisation

๐Ÿฉท screen-free time

โค support

For all of us.

There's that box of Duplo at the shop. Sometimes there are other kids. Usually, someone else holds Remy for me. The staff automatically look for my Superfeast* herbs.

Even on days I don't have the girls, I still do this. Partly for parcels, even if I get a takeaway.

Because it serves so many more purposes than just a coffee.

You'll also notice that there are TWO options!

You can also buy me a coffee every month!

This is literally the easiest way to send me some love, and keep me caffeinated!

And if you leave your Instagram handle, I'll tag you when I buy it!

And you can opt-out any time!

Simply click that box at check out!

Keep an eye on your emails, because there's more to come...! ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ
